The Camera does not render correctly when the Camera.Rect() is changed and HDR is enabled and DX12 graphics API is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Make sure HDR is enabled on the device
2. Open the “IN-87674_repro“ project
3. Open the “OutdoorsScene“
4. Enter Play mode and press the Space key
5. Observe the Game view
Expected result: All four cameras are rendering the cube
Actual result: Some cameras do not render
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.1.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 10 and DX12 or Vulkan, or MacOS and Metal
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Not reproducible with DX11
- Errors during Play Mode can be cleared

Thanks for reporting this. Closing as a duplicate of the bug UUM-91905, from the same reporter. We will address the other bug because it has a higher quality for repro purposes.
