Regression
No
The build continues when there is a build error exception
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (IPreprocessBuild.zip)
2. Make sure that only the "scene" scene is in the build settings and the target is iOS
3. Go to Custom -> Build
4. Observe how build continues even though there are in the console
Expected: the build stops if there are errors in the console
Reproduced in 5.6.1f1, 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p3, 2017.2.0b7, 2017.3.0a4
Could not test for regression, IProcessBuild was introduced in 5.6
