[Graphics, Sub-Emitters] The "Birth Sub Emitter" of a emitter is not fired
Steps to reproduce :
- import the project attached
- open the scene
- click on "Bullet"
- notice in the scene view that a red dot is fired
- when the red dot explodes it will burst several white dots and leave behind a blue dot
- press play and notice that sometimes the white dots are not spawned
