The automatic script upgrade does not convert Screen.lockCursor and Screen.showCursor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project with Unity 5
2. Observe that the script updater doesn't update the following:
Screen.lockCursor=>Cursor.lockState & Screen.showCursor => Cursor.visible
