The "Add Component" context menu root level has a parent when is reopened after selecting a Component
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Unity project
2. Select "Directional Light" in the Hierarchy window
3. Click "Add Component" in the Inspector window
4. Click "Audio" in the context menu
5. Click on an empty space in the Inspector window
6. Repeat step 3
Expected results: The "Add Component" context menu root level does not have a parent
Actual results: The "Add Component" context menu root level has a parent
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0a18
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
