The 2D and 3D (Built-In Rendering Pipeline) templates are missing in Hub
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and Install Unity 6.1
2. Open the Hub and try to create a New Project
3. Search for Built-In Rendering Pipeline
4. Observe the Template list

Expected results: The "Built-In Rendering Pipeline" templates are present/available

Resolution Note (fix version 6000.1):
This was fixed on the backend side. The templates are now visible in the HUB for Unity 6000.1 stream.
