Texture twitching on devices with Mali GPUs when moving object and changing material offset
Reproduction steps:
1) Open user's project
2) Build for Android and run
3) Walk around
4) Observe the background layer closest to the camera right after the character stops walking
--- It moves back and forth for a split second after the character stops walking (see attached video 'ReproVideo.mp4')
