[Texture Importer] ETC1 sprites with alpha are imported / packed without alpha
How to reproduce:
1. Open user provided project
2. In Assets/General, select all images and click Assets/Reimport
3. Notice some images (8bit) lost their alpha channel
Expected behaviour: Images with alpha channel not losing alpha channel
Actual behaviour: Images using ETC1 RGB Compressed ETC 4bits compression lose alpha channel
Reproduced on: 5.5.2p1, 5.6.0f2
Could not reproduce on: 5.4.5p1, 5.5.2f1, 2017.1.0a5
Regression introduced in: 5.5.2p1
Fixed in: 2017.1.0b1
