TextField's text is mixed up and overlapping when "Noto Sans-Display" font is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the TestWindow (Test > Open)
3. Observe the text in the TestWindow
Expected result: “______________________________tefast” is written
Actual result: The text is mixed up, with some characters overlapping
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a5, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments
