TextField placeholder variant USS class is not correctly set when using SetValueWithoutNotify(string.Empty)
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-98049_PlaceHolder”
2. Navigate to Windows → My Window
3. Observe the text field next to “Name”
Expected result: The second time “Placeholder text…” shows up, it is of different color than “My name”
Actual result: The second time “Placeholder text…” shows up, it is of the same color as “My name”
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a15, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Could not test with: 2022.3.60f1, 2023.1.0a14 (Placeholder text does not exist)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
