TextField lines overlap when editing a pasted text
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "TextFieldLineOverlapping.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Copy and paste multiline text into the TextField
4. Place the caret at the start of the second line
5. Press backspace
Expected results: Text is not overlapping
Actual results: Text is overlapping
Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
