Text is offset in the Editor when Windows DPI settings are set to 125%
1. Create a new project
2. Select the Main Camera gameObject
3. Observe the text for Projection or FOV Axis dropdown menus
Expected result: The text in the dropdown menu is centered
Actual result: The text is not centered and is almost outside the dropbox
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a8 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.3.0a7, 2019.1.0a2, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a9

Reproducible with 1080p and 1440p resolutions using 125% Windows DPI settings
