Test case inheritance breaks ValueSource reference to a static field when the field is not marked as protected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1166130-ValueSourceFail.zip")
2. Open the Test Runner window
3. Run the tests
Expected results: All tests succeed
Actual results: Tests which have ValueSource suffixed with "z" and the referenced static field is not marked as protected fail
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
Note:
Marking the referenced field as protected fixes the issue
