Terrain Selection outline is missing
When a Terrain object is selected it no longer displays a selection outline
Repro Steps:
1. Install and launch 2021.1.0b2
2. Create a Terrain object
3. Select it
Actual Results:
No selection outline is visible
Expected Results:
A selection outline would be visible
Reproduced on: 2021.1.0b2
Does not Reproduce on: 2020.2.0f1
