[Terrain] Missing documentation regarding valid height ranges for SetHeights and heights packed in Shaders
Should mention that although Setheights accepts [unclamped and signed] ranges, they need to be between 0 and 1. Height values packed on GPU need to be between 0 and .5. Current documentation for that only exists in our tool shaders and some forum posts
