Terrain Collect detail patches gets re-enabled on play when disabled in inspector
1. Open "Scene" scene in user attached project.
2. In Terrain gameObject, under settings tab disable Collect detail patches property.
3. Play scene.
Notice Collect detail patches gets re-enabled.
Also notice that issue does not appear when terrain is disabled script.
Repro on 5.4.0b23, 5.4.0b19, 5.3.5p5, 5.3.0f4, 5.0.2f1
