[Templates] HDRP template is not marked as preview in the hub
When creating a new project in the hub, the HDRP template will not be marked as preview.
This was working when using 2019.2.0b9, but seems to be broken in 2019.2.0b10 and newer.
1. Open the Hub
2. Start creating a new project with 2019.2.0b10 or newer
3. On the New Project screen, inspect the templates
Expected Result:
The HDRP template is marked as preview.
Actual Result:
The HDRP template is not marked as preview.
Tested on Windows 10.
Occurs on 2019.2.0b10, 2019.2.0f1
Does not occur on 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0a11
