Target selection menu in Profiler has no highlight when hovering on various options
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Profiler
3. Near the "Record" button, open the target selection menu ("Play Mode" by default)
4. Hover on various options and observe the results
Expected results: All options have a on-hover highlight
Actual results: Only "Troubleshoot Connection Issues" has a highlight
Reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.6 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Reproducible with both Light and Dark themes
