SystemInfo.SupportsRenderTextureFormat does not report correct with ARGB4444
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the main scene
3. Play the scene
4. Observe there is no output in the Console Window
Expected result: "this texture format is not supported" should be printed in the Console Window
Actual result: No output in the Console Window
Note:
Unable to reproduce with GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Reproducible with GeForce GTX 760
Reproduced with: 5.4.5p4, 5.5.4p1, 5.6.2p1
Not reproduced with: 5.3.8f1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
