[iOS] System.Convert.ToUInt32 returning invalid result when top bit is set on value
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open original users project "UInt32Test.zip"
2. Enter the play mode and notice debug.log messages, both are the same
3. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
Expected result: Both debug,log messages print out the same number
Actual result: There is a difference between converted and parsed result
Reproduced in: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.11f1, 2019.3.0b9, 2020.1.0a11
