SyncList callbacks have inconsistent timing.
The callbacks for SyncLists for the local client on the host have inconsistent timing in regard to the actual operation. The callbacks should be consistently either before or after the operation - and be the same a the callbacks on remote clients.

Does anyone know what patch fixed this issue? I've searched the patch notes to no avail. We're still experiencing it in 5.1.2f1.
