SwapBuffer doesn't work when Post Processing is enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open the project “BlitTest2021_2”
2. Open Game view
3. Notice the gradient
4. Select “Main Camera” in the Hierarchy
5. Enable Post Processing in the Inspector
Expected result: The gradient is visible
Actual result: The gradient is gone
Reproducible with: 2021.3.6f1, 2022.2.0a13, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a13, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0a12
Could not test with: 2020.3.37f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a12 (Console errors)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.4 (Intel)
