"SubstanceArchive" link is leading to "Error 404 - Page not found" error after pressing help key in the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "930502-Repro"
2. Select Assets --> Rock_Ground in the Project window
3. Press help key "Open Reference for Substance Archive" in the Inspector window.
Expected Result: help key leads to valid Substance Archive link.
Actual Result: "SubstanceArchive" link is broken. https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-SubstanceArchive.html - "Error 404 - Page not found" error appears.
Reproducible with: 2017.2.0b3, 2017.1.0f3, 5.6.2p3, 5.5.4p2
