Substance Designer textures with tile generators are not computed correctly in Unity
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select the tile_test material
3. Observe that the tiling is not the same as in the original file
Expected result: tiling should the same as the .sbs file in Substance Designer
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0a1, 2017.1.0b6, 5.6.1p1, 5.5.3p4, 5.4.5p1, 5.3.8f1
