[Subgraph] Subgraph operators can no longer be created from selected nodes
Repro steps:
1. Create a new VFX
2. Add a few connected nodes to it
3. Select the nodes and convert them to a subgraph
4. Observe how the nodes are not replaced with the subgraph. The created subgraph is also empty.
Expected outcome:
- the selected nodes to be replaced with a subgraph, the new subgraph to contain the selected nodes
- recent regression
