[SubEmitters] SubEmitters no longer getting killed off in Scene View
Repro steps:
1. Open Scene1 from attached Bug_001.rar project.
2. Select particle system in scene and preview
3. Observe how the red (sub emitter) particles are not getting killed off.
4. Press Play
5. Observe expected behavior.
