Subasset ordering changes in version control when removing and re-adding all subassets
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "SubAssetOrder.zip"
2. Add project to GitHub Desktop or another similar tool
3. Select Assets/Some Asset.asset in Unity
4. In the Inspector window Remove and re-add all subassets
Expected result: There are no changes in the "Some Asset.asset" in GitHub Desktop
Actual result: The ordering of subassets in "Some Asset.asset" has changed in GitHub Desktop
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a18
