Styling doesn't apply when referencing elements and all their parents in the USS file Selector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “Temp.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“ Scene
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The ScrollView has a border that is red on the left
Actual result: The ScrollView has a border that is green on the left
Reproducible with: 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0b2
Can’t test with: 2021.3.29f1 (Errors in the Console)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by reporter)

Resolution Note:
This is by design as the ancestor combinator ">" checks for the "logical" parent of an element (element.parent), not the "physical" parent (element.hierarchy.parent). In other words, the logical hierarchy goes through the ".contentContainer" and not the ".hierarchy".
