Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or open any Project with the UI Toolkit installed
2. Create a "UI Document" Asset and open it
3. In the "StyleSheets" section, click on the "Add new selector..." text field
4. In the newly opened panel about selectors, click the "Learn more" hyperlink

Actual results: The link opens to a documentation page for 2022.3 LTS

Expected results: The link opens documentation for the same stream as the Editor, just like the hyperlink to documentation when no document is yet created in the UI Builder Window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.13f1

Can't test with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.40f1 (No link to documentation in the StyleSheets panel)

Tested on (OS): macOS Sonoma, Windows 11
