Stretched Billboard Render mode causes unexpected flickering
Repro steps:
1) Open my attached project and scene 'mainscene'
2) Enable Main Camera(1) -> Particle System
3) Start simulating Particle effect
4) Notice that the particles are flickering
N.B. Changing Render Mode of the system to simple Billboard stops the flickering
