Strange Overlay effect when window overlaps in the VFX Editor
See attached image for the strange effect observed.
To Reproduce:
1) Download + Open attached project
2) Open Visual Effect Graph Window: Window / Visual Effects / Visual Effect Graph
3) Move the "Parameters" Window over the nodes
