[StencilBuffer] doesn't render using comparison functions Less, LEqual, Greater, and GEqual
Reproduction steps:
1. Open and play attached project.
2. Notice:
- "Stencil Always" renders
- "Stencil Less" doesn't render
- "Stencil LEqual" doesn't render
- "Stencil Greater" doesn't render
- "Stencil GEqual" doesn't render
