Static Dropdown list placement doesn't align with the Inspector
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new empty Project
2. Select a GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Press the Static Dropdown in the Inspector
Expected result: The List appears at the Static button in the Inspector
Actual result: The List appears left of the center of the screen
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a15
