Standard Shader with Transparent Rendering Mode after changes becomes invisible
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Open "Unity5_4_Beta7CubeSurfaceTest" project
2. Play "CubesTest" scene
3. Select "Cube" GameObject from the hierarchy
4. In the inspector Click on the Shader selection
5. Select the same "Standard" shader
6. Cube becomes invisible in the Game View
