Standalone player crashes when accessing Mesh Filter of Mesh that has "Read/Write" disabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build for standalone
3. Run the build
Result: build crashes
Reproduced on 2018.3.a2, 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a2
Not reproduced on 2017.4.20f1, 2018.1.0a1
Regression introduced in 2018.3.0a1
