[SRP] Shadow Cascades Draw Mode does not work
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project with 'Lightweight - Preview' template
2. Change scene Draw Mode to 'Shadow Cascades'
Expected: Shadow Cascades Draw Mode should work in both standard 2D/3D and SRP projects
Actual: Shadow Cascades Draw Mode does not work on SRP projects
