"SpriteRenderer trying to 157x157 tile a sprite" thrown when adding rect transform

To reproduce:
1. Open attached project. It includes a 64x64 sprite
2. Make sure that the sprite included has it's Mesh Type set to Full Rect
3. Add the sprite to the scene
4. Add a rect transform component - "Error, SpriteRenderer trying to 157x157 tile a sprite. Limit is 64." is thrown
