Sprite renders outside of VisualElement when using Image as Background
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “UIToolkitIssueBackgroundWithSprite” project
2. Open UI Builder by going to Window > UI Toolkit > UI Builder
3. Open NewUXMLTemplate.uxml
4. Observe the Viewport
Expected result: The Sprite renders as a sharp-cornered square
Actual result: The Sprite bleeds outside of VisualElement
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b5, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a5
Not reproduced with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.0b4
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.2 (Intel), Windows 10
