Sprite borders are not copied when duplicating SpriteRect
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project, import any sprite sheet
2. Open sprite editor
3. Add SpriteRect, set border values to >0
4. Duplicate SpriteRect
Expected: SpriteRect and all its values will be duplicated
Actual: border values are not copied
Reproduced on: 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p3, 2018.1.0b4, 2018.2.0a1
