Spotlight not casting shadows in particular height(Y axis)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project "ilyaexp.zip" and open in Unity.
2) Open scene "ilya1".
3) In Scene view notice that there is no shadows from "Capsule" and "Capsule(1)" (see attached image "NoShadows.png").
Note: If you will change Spotlight's position in Y axis(up/down) shadows will appear (see attached image "ShadowsAppears.png").

5.2.4f1, 5.3.5p1, 5.4.0b20.

Resolution Note:
Going forward, issues related to realtime rendering (including realtime shadows) should be addressed to the corresponding SRP team. This issue will not be fixed in the built-in RP.
