Spotlight is rendered incorrectly in landscape mode of Windows Phone 8
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project where a plane is lit by a rotating spotlight. Spotlight should be oriented along the surface of a plane, slightly leaning towards the plane.
2. Build and run it on WP8 device
3. Rotate device to landscape orientation
4. Light will get cut-off in different ways, depending on its direction.
