SpeedTree9 error when opening a project the first time

This is how I manually reproduced it on a Win bokken VM:
** Clone recorder repo
** Download trunk build to one folder using {{unity-downloader-cli -c editor -u trunk --wait}}
** Click Unity.exe in the dowloaded trunk build
** In the popping up window, select {{Open project}} and select HDRP project inside Recorder package {{com.unity.recorder/projects/recorder-hdrp}}
Result: Error in console
