[SpeedTree] Crash when regenerating materials on not fully imported spm prefab
To Reproduce:
1. On Windows, Save any .spm with SpeedTree Modeler using 'Save As'.
2. Immediately minimize/close ST modeler/compiler (do not wait until the file is fully imported).
3. You should see an error: "SpeedTree file does not contain run-time data..." and .spm prefab with no icon.
4. Click on 'Regenerate Materials' on the prefab.
5. Unity crashes (only on Windows, clicking the button has no effect on OSX).
