Specular highlight appears in fully shadowed areas when HDRP Shadow Color is tinted
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-124473.zip” project
2. Open the “ShadowTintBug” scene
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The smaller cube’s top surface is not highlighted/glowing
Actual result: The smaller cube’s top surface is highlighted despite being in the shadow
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b1, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.13f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a4, 6000.5.0a1
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS 15.7.2 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
