Specific Scroll View elements are not rendered on the UI Document
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_78806” project
2. In the Build Settings make sure the WebGL platform is selected
3. Press Build And Run
4. Host build on the local host (I used XAMPP)
5. On the Mobile device browser access the hosted WebGL build
6. In the WebGL Player press “Play”
7. Observe the Player
(Note from [~nicola.cerone] : If the bug does not show, repeat close the list with the "x" and repeat steps 6/7, I had the issue the second time I pressed play on the device (Samsung Galaxy S23).
(Note from [~nicola.cerone]: To reproduce the issue with the editor you have to increase the transition time from 2 seconds to 20 seconds in the .visible class of the uss files).
Expected results: Buttons with orange borders appear in the pop-up menu
Actual results: The pop-up menu appears but there are no buttons
Reproducible with: 2022.3.21f1, 2022.3.35f1, 6000.0.9f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.20f1
Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11
