Spamming error: `GLSL: Shader cannot be patched for instancing.` When enabling terrain Draw Instanced option in desktop OpenGL.
This was resolved through this PR:

Unfortunately, it's a bit of a pain to backport this one and also risky. For now, we are aiming not to backport this to 2020.2 due to it's potential to cause regressions
