Some types of assets are not loaded when using "AssetDatabase.LoadAllAssetsAtPath"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “Bug LoadAllAssetsAtPath PDF.zip” project
2. Open Menu > Test > Test
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: logs are:
"AssetDatabase.LoadAssetAtPath" loaded the asset correctly
"AssetDatabase.LoadAllAssetsAtPath" loaded the asset correctly
Actual result: logs are:
"AssetDatabase.LoadAssetAtPath" loaded the asset correctly
"AssetDatabase.LoadAllAssetsAtPath" could NOT load the asset
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.6f1, 2023.3.0b3
Reproduced on: macOS 13.6.3 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: "AssetDatabase.LoadAssetAtPath" loads the asset
