Some highlighted text can be moved even though it's not imput
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the "About Unity" window
3. Press Option or Option+a
4. Click and drag from the bottom right of the version information to higher up
Expected result: the text doesn't change
Actual result: the text changes
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.14f1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproducible on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
