Sliced image with no borders does not update when the borders are added
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project and import a sprite
2. Create a uGUI image
3. Change the Source image to your sprite
4. Set the image type to sliced (it will complain that the image doesn't have a border)
5. Select the sprite in the project and give it borders. Hit apply
6. Notice that the image stays the same. If you select it and change the image type to something else and then back to sliced it becomes correct
