Skybox shader is magenta when using the Editor on macOS
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The Game view is not magenta
Actual result: The Game view appears magenta
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
